Do I need my own computer to participate in a bootcamp?
Yes, you need a computer to participate in all of our programs. Computer requirements vary by program; the details will be provided to you upon request.
Who will be in the classes with me?
Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and locations. This makes for a diverse and inclusive environment that fosters learning, creativity, and collaboration. Expect to expand your network and connect with others who share the same passion and determination to launch a tech career!
How long does it take to graduate from a bootcamp?
Weekday students typically graduate in 8-12 weeks. Weekend and after-hours students typically take 16-30 weeks to graduate depending on the program.
What kind of certificate will I receive?
Students receive a Certificate of Completion upon graduation from any of our bootcamps. These certificates are widely recognized by employers and hiring agents as viable credentials for hiring.
How frequently is the bootcamp curriculum updated?
We continuously evaluate our curriculum across all programs to ensure it is current and relevant to today’s job market. We work with subject matter experts at CCS Global Tech who specialize in IT application development and staffing to understand current market requirements and align our curriculum with in-demand skills.
What is the schedule for live bootcamp classes?
For weekday bootcamps, students are required to log in Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST (your schedule depends on your cohort; this schedule includes lunch and breaks). During these hours, students will attend lectures as well as work on projects and assignments. Students are also expected to spend time outside of these hours studying the course material and completing assignments.
After-hours bootcamp students are required to log in between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. PST (4 hours).
Weekend bootcamps run on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST (the full day).

Financing
How much do bootcamps cost?
The tuition for our bootcamps varies by discipline. For details on a specific bootcamp, please visit the relevant landing page.
Do I have to pay the entire bootcamp tuition up front?
Your tuition must be paid in full by the first day of class. However, we offer several financing options to make participation as accessible as possible! Bootcamp students may choose from one of the following:
- Pay the entire bootcamp tuition in full and receive a discount
- Pay in monthly installments during the bootcamp period
- Finance the bootcamp tuition through our lending partner, Climb Credit
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept personal checks and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
Admissions
What’s CCS Learning Academy’s application process like?
We use a simple application form to collect your basic details when you are ready to apply for any bootcamp. After you submit the form, our team will contact you for additional information and help you get everything in place to begin the program as quickly as possible.
Is there an enrollment fee?
- Yes, there is a $495 enrollment fee (discounted from $1,995). This fee is applied to your tuition.
Is there an application deadline?
Our programs have rolling start dates. However, the sooner you apply, the more likely it is we’ll have room in your preferred session (weekday, after-hours, weekend). We keep our cohorts small, so we recommend applying at least two weeks before your desired start date.

Do I need prior experience or a college degree to apply?
No. We don’t require any previous experience or tech education. You do need to meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Hold a high school diploma or a GED
- Have a native or bilingual fluency in English
You will also need to pass an admissions interview and complete any required pre-work.
Is there an age limit?
No, you just need to be over 18 years old to enroll.
Scheduling
What do you mean by “full-time”?
We define “full-time” as Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
Can I work while attending a bootcamp program?
This is a decision each student must make for themselves. We don’t prohibit working while you’re in a bootcamp. However, our programs cover a lot of ground and require a lot of dedication and focus to be completed successfully. We caution you to not over-extend yourself.
What does “live remote” mean?
“Live remote” means you receive live instruction via an online platform. You will be able to interact with your instructor and fellow classmates. Participation in discussions and lectures is expected.
How many students are in each cohort? How many teachers?
Our student-teacher ratio is less than 10:1 (1 teacher per 10 students). We cap class sizes at 10 to ensure each student gets the personal attention needed to succeed.
Are tutors or additional support available outside the classroom?
If you’re struggling, we will get you the resources you need to get back on track. We want you to succeed.
Career Services
How does the job placement process work?
CCS Learning Academy gives you a direct line to professional technology recruiters at our parent company, CCS Global Tech. These recruiters will work with you after graduation to find the position and the company that best suits your needs and goals.
What kind of job search support do you offer after a bootcamp?
We support your job search from the beginning! During your bootcamp program, we work with you to build your resume, craft your portfolio, and improve your interview techniques. We also help you begin to build your network both online and in person. When you graduate, you’ll have the materials and skills needed to land a job in the bootcamp’s target field.
After graduation, we can continue to support your network building, send current job postings, and help you fine-tune your job search tools (resume, portfolio, etc.). We can also connect you to the CCS Global Tech placement team who will work to place you in a job.
What is the CCS Learning Academy placement team’s role?
Our goal is to help you land a job. We advocate for you and add you to the talent pipeline that runs between employers and CCS Learning Academy graduates. You receive a career coach who acts as your dedicated, one-on-one partner from the beginning of your bootcamp program until you get a job. Behind the scenes, we build partnerships and platforms that create career-launching job opportunities for our students.
How does the CCS Learning Academy placement team work with graduates?
By the time you graduate from any of our bootcamps, we have a handle on what you want to do, your capabilities, and your career goals. We use our knowledge of the market to match you to potential employers and jobs we think meet your criteria. If you’re selected as a potential hire, we facilitate an introduction between you and the employer.
What percentage of graduates get jobs through CCS Learning Academy?
This percentage varies by cohort, discipline, and market. What is true across all markets is that students drive their own job searches with the support of their career coaches. While our in-house opportunities and employer network are robust, our most successful job-seekers are active job-seekers who work hard to make their own connections and create opportunities for themselves.
What types of companies does CCS Learning Academy have employment partnerships with?
We work with all types of companies, spanning across industries and ranging in size from small start-ups to large organizations. We also have many job opportunities in-house.
What types of roles does the CCS Learning Academy placement team match with graduates?
Job titles vary. Our placement team vets opportunities that align with the skills our students learn in their bootcamp program. Specific roles are dependent on the employer and how they determine role titles and responsibilities.
What roles will a bootcamp prepare me for?

We’re glad you asked! Our sister company, CCS Global Tech, provides technology staff augmentation services to clients across a wide variety of industries — and the recruiting team is constantly on the lookout for new, qualified talent for exciting projects!
Our bootcamps are rigorous, and we’re so confident in our curriculum that we love to hire our own graduates after they successfully complete our programs. Become a consultant at CCS Global Tech and work for at least six months on billable client projects to become eligible for a refund of up to 50% on your bootcamp tuition!
