Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / Postponement by CCS Learning Academy

In the unlikely event that CCS needs to cancel a class because the class date has not met minimum enrollment (determined 2-3 weeks prior) or postpone a class due to circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified as quickly as possible. In such instances, the student may choose to reschedule to a future class date at no additional charge or cancel with a refund if any money is on account for that specific registration.

Cancellation / Rescheduling by Student

Because we must schedule rooms, ship course materials, assign instructors, and provision computer resources well in advance, it is important for students to alert us ASAP with any cancel/reschedule requests to avoid penalties or restrictions. Please note the following policies:

If requested 10 business days before the class:

Student cancellation or reschedule requests received 10 business days or more before the class starts will be processed promptly.

  • Cancellation requests made in this timeframe are eligible for a refund of money on account for this specific registration.
  • Reschedule requests made in this timeframe will be accommodated if availability exists and will be processed at no additional charge.
  • All refunds are processed via check and can take up to 30 days to be received.

If requested less than 10 business days before the class

In the event of a cancellation or reschedule request made by the student less than 10 business days before the class starts, the student will be charged 100% of the course fee and no refunds will be provided. However, the student shall receive a class credit that can be used to register for that same course offering in the future on any class date(s) available within the next 6 months.
