Course schedule:About This Course
The CompTIA A+ is a globally recognized, entry-level certification that proves baseline competency in computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. CompTIA A+ is designed to help learners prepare for the latest certification exams—Core 1 and Core 2, V15. This course is ideal for individuals pursuing roles such as help desk technician, IT support specialist, or desktop support analyst.
Both Core 1 and Core 2 are essential parts of the CompTIA A+ certification, and learners need to pass both to earn CompTIA A+ certification. Core 1 focuses on hardware, mobile devices, networking, cloud computing, and network troubleshooting. Core 2 focuses on operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, mobile), security, software troubleshooting, and operational procedures. Together, they provide a comprehensive foundation in tech support skills, with an increased focus on real-world problem-solving in the newest version, A+ V15.
By the end of this course, participants will be well-prepared to take both certification exams. The training emphasizes practical application of skills, ensuring learners can confidently step into entry-level IT roles. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to formalize your experience with a recognized credential, this course provides a solid foundation for success.
